also a clear fumble was called by 3 officials and was overturned by one official and gave ball back to trimble for the winning drive. Also i was up by trimbles camera crew and they said they were embarrassed for the actions of these officials.

Well after hearing the sg fans at the game and on here i can see why sg players act the way they do its just sad to see kids act that way and there parents support it.
congrats Trimble on the first win of the season

One thing that is never going to change, certain people will always blame the officials for losing. Just go back and read all the different threads in different sports and you see it all the time. I guess it is easier to accept if people place blame on the officials as opposed to their own team.
Re: Week 3: South Gallia(2-0) @ Trimble(0-2)
Very good game to watch... Very physical... What it boiled down to is our o-line couldn't handle the speed of trimbles defense.... We started the game by releasing our back in to routes and after the 3rd or 4th sack we decided to keep him in the backfield as an extra blocker and even then we couldn't stop the speed rush... Hats off to #5 from Trimble not only ran the ball every other play but also stood out on defense.. Very good player... Game reminded me of a miller basketball game from 05-06 season...

Good post... Not only bashing south gallia but your own team... Congrats on the lack of faith in your team to still have a good season...
Re: Week 3: South Gallia(2-0) @ Trimble(0-2)
Rebels will bounce back from disappointing loss. Get ready for next week. There is a lot of season left and SG still controls it's own destiny in both the TVC Hocking race and a run at the playoffs!

You trimble fans can talk all you want about the penalties being fair but i heard a lot of your own fans say how they couldnt beleive the refs were calling that bad of a game. But the dvd has been sent to the ohsaa and you guys probably wont get those refs again.

Let's just say I help the kids if GCLS every day. guarantee I have done more for these kids than you. I havent heard RV kids do it, but haven't heard SG kids either. I wish us in the county schools would support each other. Bobcat, you have no idea about me, dont even talk like you do. You are a hypocrite as you have shown on many occasions. And yes, you know the booster president. She is rude and other RV fans should not tolerate her behavior. Truly the rudder parent I have ever seen.

I just watched the game on tv. I will say I couldn't/didn't see a few of the calls against SG although some could have been off camera. Several of the calls against SG were very visable on film including the kick-catch interference calls, false starts, illegal shift and facemask . I have no dog in this fight and didn't really care who won the game, it's just my observation from a tv screne mind you. SG appears to be a good team from what I saw and should win several more games this season. As far as I can tell Trimble will likely win 7 games again this year because the rest of the Hocking division minus Wahama and SG appears to be really down.
Re: Week 3: South Gallia(2-0) @ Trimble(0-2)
Thats funny, didn't a Trimble parent send a game film to ohsaa a few years back. I bet you will get the same result. I wish I would have bought stock in Kleenexes.SG fan wrote:You trimble fans can talk all you want about the penalties being fair but i heard a lot of your own fans say how they couldnt beleive the refs were calling that bad of a game. Isn't it enough for you to cry on the RV thread but now you have to get on the Trimble thread and cry with someone from your own school. You and ole bobcat need to sit down and talk it out how much you do for the school and he can tell you what a great athlete he was.

You can way what you want but I still dont think you can argue to much about the fact of even your own fans were in disbeleif of how bad the call were against us. But some people can see whats going on in a game and some can only see what they want to see in a game.

If it's true that Trimble only had one penalty ALL game then there is definifely something wrong. Come on people, there is NO way an NFL team is disciplined enough to play a whole game and only get flagged once let alone a high school team. Quit trying to get under peoples skin, if the penalties really were 15-1 then its obvious to everyone a 4 point game was decided by the refs being biased.

Just don't like when kids get bashed even if they are from other schools. I also got upset this particular time because bobcat is on one thread telling someone to stop bashing Kidd, then here he is doing it. Besides, I figured Trimble fans can handle it because they have more whining fans on this site than any other team.Fred G. trimble was called for 6 penalties,I counted them on tv today...if you take away the 2 interference calls where sg hit the punt returner before the ball got there, the obvious late hit on # 5 where the player led with his helmet after the play was over and the sg player dropping the F bomb toward one of our players the calls were pretty even..South gallia has a good, hard playing team and if they can keep their emotions in check they have a great opportunity to beat Wahama when the white falcons visit them. #11 for SG played his heart out friday night, he made a lot of big plays.friday_nite_fan wrote:If it's true that Trimble only had one penalty ALL game then there is definifely something wrong. First of all neither of these teams are very good. They just play in the worst league in the state and that will give them a winning record. If they do make the playoffs it will be ugly.
Has far as the refs in glouster go, welcome to the TVC, its been that way for years.

Re: Week 3: South Gallia(2-0) @ Trimble(0-2)
I find it very entaining to read all the past post of South Gallia's games and everyone from S.G. post that they need to clean it up. Guess what Sg fans. They didnt clean it up and they got beat. If you continue to play like that it will catch up with you again. The fact that they have done it for three weeks should negate any officiating finger pointing. Their own fans stating on every game that this was and is an issue. Go read the threads.
As for the rest of the people bashing tvc and officiating. Until you morons grow up and look in the mirror the tvc hocking will always be considered a joke. Its a d6 league that teams will go up and down during years. They don't have 200 boys grades 9-11 in the school to reload year in and year out. Some years teams will struggle some years they will be good. It is kids learning valuable lessons that the classroom can't teach. Noone in the league wakes up in the morning and says, "You know I thing Im going to stick it to a bunch of 14-18 year old kids today because Im in a bad mood." South Gallia had atleast half a dozen opportunities to blow Trimble out of the game early and didn't capatilize. When Trimble came back SG coaches panicked and kids lost control of emotions period. I seen on TV three different occasions that SG kids pushing Trimble kids way after the whistle goading a fight. 2 of which wasn't called. That is undisciplined football and will cost you games period. I will agree with tomcat dad. If south gallia can clean it up, I think they have the type of team with athletes can give Wahama all they want. First, they have to believe they can win. Second, when Wahama makes plays and they will make plays, SG cannot panic and lose emotional control. Also, agree #11 is a very good football player. SG had several good running backs. Would like to know exactly how many seniors SG had. I know Trimble is young according to co-worker.
