Belpre plays Paint Valley in Week 1 and Fort Frye in Week 2.

Paint Valley also dropped McClain for Cedarville week 3, which is a joke! Way to cut a pretty good rivalry because you can't take a couple of beatings coach!

There was more to the Bearcats opting out of the game with McClain.
After knowing what I now know I think this is a good move for both teams.

I'd like to hear your explanation on that one, because there is no way that's a good move for either school. That football drop is basically cutting ties for every sport. 15 miles away and the teams won't play in any sport. That doesn't make sense.

I doubt Belpre picking up Fort Frye is a really good move either, but hey, that's why they play the game.

If I had to guess Paint Valley being D-5 and their numbers I am guessing are not growing is by all means a good choice in dropping a D-3 team.

For the D-3 team they really do need to add another school their size to a schedule that sees them play only three schools their own size.
