I agree. With 8 wins Nelsonville ends up 7 or 8. But losing to Athens then they have no shot to get into the playoffs. Looks like week 10 will be a monster game again this year for Nelsonville and Athens. League title on the line and playoffs. Nelsonville can obtain 2 things at once or lose them both that week.

Meigs will get a dose of Buckeye football at full strength tomorrow night. I only wish they could replay those first two games with the whole team intact. The results would have been much different. meigs is an extremly young team with a new coaching staff , a whole new offensive scheme & they have lost several key players to injury . the coaching staff is doing a great job of keeping these boys motivated & taking on each week as comes . imo this team will make some noise next year & be force in 2 years
