Logan Football 2013
Re: Logan Football 2013
On the topic of the new head coach. If he coaches like he played in high school as a Golden Gale Logan's football team is in very good hands. He will no doubt get the most ot of his players and have them playing good fundamental football

Yep, time to start thinking about the first game. It's getting closer and closer to kick off. I know it's early but what's your opinion on the gales season.lhsfan97 wrote:Hello my fellow posters, long time no see. I think its about time to start thinking about that first game of the season
Re: Logan Football 2013
The Gales will have a veteran QB and a solid o/d-line lead by Ohio State verbal commit Kyle Trout. As always the defensive secondary is the huge question mark for the Gales. Should have a few solid returning running backs and have been told there is some real good young talent in the sophomore class.Trenchfoot wrote:Yep, time to start thinking about the first game. Re: Logan Football 2013
lhs97, is it true some impactful players did not come out this year for the Gales?
Re: Logan Football 2013
I have heard a thing or two about some players not coming out. Not sure how impactful they were going to be. The way I look at it is they must not have wanted to give 100% and if thats the case I wouldn't want them on the team anywaysC-Bolt wrote:lhs97, is it true some impactful players did not come out this year for the Gales?

Shouldn't be much of an impact either way if a few players didn't want to come out for the team. Plenty of players will step up on an always tough gale team.lhsfan97 wrote:I have heard a thing or two about some players not coming out. Not sure how impactful they were going to be. Re: Logan Football 2013
Coach Burke hopefully will have the team ready to play good hardnosed football, be sound in the basics fundamentals and improve especially in tackling!lhsfan97 wrote:On the topic of the new head coach. As General Douglas MacArthur once said "I Shall Return" and I have returned from my summer sabbatical in North and South Carolina. While in South Carolina I attended an outstanding summer football class conducted by the South Carolina Gamecocks coaching staff, Football 101! I Will be attending the open practice this Sat morning at 7:30 am to check out coach Burke and our Chiefs! Onward Chiefs!
