Tough to say. Danville is 1-3 all time versus Shadyside. Won 2002 second round, lost 01 & 06 Reg final and 03 first round at Shadyside.
Danville only has 6 or 7 seniors, 3 or so start (only one starts both ways)and one is kicker only. Rest of starters are juniors.
6 of 10 teams they played in the regular season made the playoffs(2 D5, 2 D6, 2 D7)'
If anyone saw the game Saturday night, one thing is crystal clear, the difference in the level of competition Danville and Symmes Valley play is astounding.

......and to think Danville is ranked below them in the play off hunt

Saw this game in person. Danville is pretty good. Physical team, very good at fundamentals. They are a threat is this region if a team doesn't come ready to play. They physically dominated Symmes Valley.

Not to take anything away from Danville but decent pass coverage and a little rush on the qb will slow that offense down

Symmes could hardly get any pressure on their QB. The Tomcats would have been in the backfield all night long IMO.tomcat fan wrote:Not to take anything away from Danville but decent pass coverage and a little rush on the qb will slow that offense down
