Do, does anyone know much about Lowery at QB? Sounds like he went in for the last drive against West, but that's a tough spot after you have been idle the whole game.

I hope I'm totally wrong but I think Portsmouth skill kids will give us fits. QB 3 step drop get rid of the ball to those stud recievers. YAC is the key to the game Burg has to stop the yards after catch to win the game. I dont think portsmouth can stop our run game hopefully we can keep them off the field. Closer than the experts think!

Other a couple of small glitches, the Pirate offense looked like a well oiled machine once again and they defeated the Trojans 45-13. Defense did a heck of a job swarming the ball and stopping the long runs except for one mistake in the 4th with the game clearly in hand. I am very impressed with this years team so far.

I know Ironton won and Oak Hill was winning I think that'll be some nice points for the Burg.

I'm wondering the same thing. I talked to our AD a few min after it happen and he said they are sayin it was a sparkler bomb

Oliver had around 650 yards passing the first 2 games, not to mention rushing. His addition may not have been enough for a Trojan win but he would have most definitely made a difference my friend. PHS could have just as easily entered this game 2-0 instead of 0-2.

I agree with QB being out for Portsmouth making a diffrence... If did play, the score would have been 60+ to maybe 20 for Porstmouth...With the Freshman playing the coach try to run the clock some to keep Burg offense off the field...Burg would have scored more if Portsmouth played like they have on offense the first two games... :122245 :122245
