Best Games in Area this Year to See D1 Talents

Post by MRI13 »

I dont get to see many high school football games, but I always like to see the big boys or the teams that have D1 Talent on their teams when I can. Besides the obvious in the Burrows kid from Athens, what other games can I see some big time players face off this season?

MRI13, Reagan Williams from Jackson will be playing at Waverly this Friday and then in Jackson next Saturday against West Jefferson and then against Bishop Ready the Friday following that.

He has accepted an offer from Stanford to play football there next fall.

Offensively Tight End and defensively Linebacker. Recruited by Stanford as a hybrid half-back or fullback player due to his blocking ability as I understand. Mostly known locally at least for the last few years as a stellar defensive talent for his LB play. Academically a 4.0 student or pretty close to it as well. Top notch kid and family.
