Newark Catholic at Nelsonville York week 2
I think if the Green Wave defense led by the Mighty Nites play as well as they did in week one, the Green Wave stand a good chance at being 2-0.

Go Bucks! Turn it around week 2. Work harder than you ever have before!

The Bucks need to clean up a lot of little things in order to stay in this one.
They did some things well on both sides of the ball against Trimble, but Ifeel like the mistakes they made allowed tTrimble to pull away. Week one is done so it's on to week 2!
The Bucks are the underdogs again this week. Hopefully the kids have a good week of practice!

If NY can score they stand a good chance of winning. NC has a good defense but their O is one dimensional. If West would have just pounded the ball last week they would have won. Every time they passed I breathed a sigh of relief.

Re: Newark Catholic at Nelsonville York week 2
Ny played NC decent last year and NY has a lot back. However, NC lost a boat load of seniors and one of them is now at Illinois. SO I am going to take the bucks in a close one since it is at home. Bucks lets win one. The tomcats need the computer points.

I hope the bucks win, but think NC will come out on top. With Logan and Athens looking good week 1, 6-4 would be a good season for NY.

This will be the fifth all-time meeting between the Buckeyes and the Green Wave, having played every season since 2010. Newark Catholic has dominated the past two games and leads the all-time series 3-1. NY dominated in 2011 and lost in 2010 after leading most of the game.
Newark Catholic leads all-time series 3 wins, 1 loss
2010 Newark Catholic (H) 13-9
2011 Nelsonville-York (A) 34-12
2012 Newark Catholic (H) 32-6
2013 Newark Catholic (A) 34-16

great job as always Buckeye 96. what is your prediction for this game.
Haven't seen NC play but I know they lost a lot of seniors plus the QB that went to Illinois. I say Coach Boston gets the boys back on their feet and they pull out a close one at home 14-7.

I think that it will be a really close game, but I am giving the edge to Newark Catholic. I know they lost A LOT of talent and NY brought back most everyone, but I am still giving a slight edge to NC in a close game.
