Oak Hill, Jackson, Gallia and Coal Grove would be far from brutal, but would be great competition for the Falcons. I agree, it would help them entering into league play.

Minford keeping Northwest on the schedule is puzzling to say the least. Their has to be more to this. But if Northwest was to start beating those small schools and win 6 or 7 games, Northwest would be a good point game to have on the schedule.

Your right about that. SOC teams have had success with Northwest and Rock Hill on the schedule before, but your other games need to be quality or your get your behinds whipped in the playoffs.

I see a 2 or possibly 3 way split this year for the gold football. Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

No....as it seems almost everyone picked Burg and Oak Hill, and both are still on track to win the conference.

For SOC 1, I would say Clayton Christenson, the QB for the Oaks. As of right now, he's 61-108 for 1,165 yards and 15 touchdowns and 6 interceptions. That's a 56% completion, and roughly 166 yards per game. I'd say either him or Jonathon Harrison, the main WR for Oak Hill who has 35 receptions for 800 yards and 10 touchdowns through the first seven games.

Tonight's games West, Burg, Valley(OOC) should all win, and right now it looks like Week 10 is the championship game @ Burg. If Valley can put together a good gameplan and nip Wheelersburg next week, they week 10 would be really interesting.

Good season so far in the SOC II

Well now that the season is over and there is really nothing to talk about it's fun to look back at these threads.

All in all the SOCII turned out to be an excellent league that represented itself with good results against other leagues and in the playoffs.

Well looks like many had burg winning and didnt have west in 2nd. West improved a lot and had a great season. burg had a great class of seniors.
