I too observe Scioto Co from a far, much like Jane Goodall, these primates however are not endangered, many procreate at an alarming rate.

Its easy. You post the jobs then interview the people who apply. Then you hire from there.

When Sammons was hired he didn't put his staff together until June. Which will be the same time Johnson will be doing it.

Annual membership is $50 or lifetime membership is $150 single or $200 for a married couple....Doesn’t seem to horrible

Guess it depends who you are. They gave lifetime memberships to a couple guys.

Lets not stir the pot and get this thread removed.

There has been uproar, I have voiced my opinion as well. But, the fact of the matter is that weight lifting is going well, we have a lot of kids in there and working hard. This will probably be the biggest numbers we have ever had, that fact alone will help to an extent.

Has anyone heard about interviews for assistants? It'll be hard to get people from the outside, but there are teachers in the building that have coached, maybe they will give it another shot?
