It's an interesting question.

To be the quarterback at THE Ohio State University - the preconceived notion is that you get their as soon as possible. Joe definitely has the grades and the brains to graduate early - so the decision will probably be on him to make. Braxton Miller is a senior, the Bucks are not loaded at the position and there is no 'clear-cut' favorite to take over signal calling duties in 2015. I would not be surprised if the Ohio State coaching staff pushes for him to graduate early so he can get to work.

I do not personally know Mr. Burrow but I would think that with the talent Athens has coming back in basketball, he will stick around to try and make a run with that group.

I also think that with JT Barrett already in Columbus, I would imagine a redshirt may be on the horizon for Joey to sort of separate the QB's on campus.

Pretty awesome news.

His performance in two games at Logan Chieftain Stadium won me over. Probably one of the two best QBs I have seen play in person.

I agree with 93, he will want to put himself in the best position to compete for the wide open QB job in 2015. He would be crazy to set himself back a whole year just to play another year of basketball. The bball team got blown out in the second round of the sectional last year so I doubt he or anyone else is thinking that they have any chance of any kind of deep tournament run. As soon as football season is over at Athens he will do whatever Urban wants him to do and i doubt that Urban cares about Athens competing for the TVC basketball championship.
