Gallia Academy 2014 football schedule

I just noticed on the OHSAA website that the Blue Devils are scheduled to play Point Pleasant on Monday Sept. 29, 2014. Can this be correct?

i somehow doubt it will be a Monday but i do believe point pleasant is taking vinton county spot on schedule next year.

Way to go 91, you had to ask an intelligent question like that…. It always looks bad when you drop a school you can’t beat…. We played them really tough the past couple of years and had a chance for victory late in the game but questionable coach’s decisions cost us… Its time for Gallia to put its big boy pants back on and play Ironton and upgrade our schedule.. If not maybe we could play River Valley and other local schools…. If we are willing to travel 3 hours into Kentucky to play why not travel up North and play some real competition..

Agree with all comments except the coaching decisions. You know you gots to go for the win at Ironton. Overtime would have been stupid! Oops, I just remembered year before last, I did not agree with passing the ball late when we were running it down their throat.
