Saw where Farland's Dr. Tao parked in a illegal spot blocking a young girl from Rock Hill from being able to put her ramp down to wheel her wheelchair into the van and leave. Come on man, an Orthopedic doctor for sure should know not to park illegally in a handicapped spot. PATHETIC! Drove off without a ticket with a deputy right there. I saw her live footage on facebook.
