Man....I just asked a question and it looks like I started a civil war on the Westside! That place may blow up if Portsmouth wins tonight.

Its not even close to a civil war. Don't think because one person gets on here and tries to stir the pot and get people worked up that the west side is at each others throats. The west side is still behind this team don't doubt that.

Did you ever receive your answer...? No. But that's ok, you will get it tonight one way or another.
That's the glory of it all!

I don't know why people want to be a smarta_ _ on a site like this? A person is entitled to there own opinion!
If u wanna bash someone for their opinion u should be willing to do it face to face! That's what a west sider did when i grew up as one!! And if you don't, then everyone knows what kinda man u really are! A coward!! Maybe an educated one, but a coward just the same! Just my opinion!!! Go Senators!!!l

Welp wasn't their and didn't watch it and in usual Portsmouth radio stations 99.3 was playing the Minford game which was ugly but that's how it's been for years put the bad games on the good station and put the good game on a station that turns off at 7:30 so us country folk never get to listen to a decent game. But I am serving myself a nice big plate of crow because I had West getting beat a lot worse but glad they kept it respectable. I seen on a post somewhere they had west already beating waverly and Chesapeake but I am not so sure those games are gimme's. Just my humble opinion. Watched Minford drill a D-6 school tonight and headed to Cols. tomorrow to watch Valley drill a D-6 team from up around Toledo.

Well had a chance to win this one but just didn't happen. Thought we looked better, boys seemed to have a lot more fire in them this week. Liked what I saw from Hurd ran hard and got some good yards after initial contact. Was wanding we had a 4and8 on around the 44, ran a play and there was a flag on the trojans which I thought they called a facemask, when came to the line of scrimmage we had 4th and 6 didn't understand that one. Good luck next week boys.

Good ballgame, sure wanted to see West convert the win, just not enough. The call on a fumble by Trojans and given back to Trojans because said Trojans had illegal procedure was ?? Anybody else see this?

Not sure what is questionable about it. The second the ball was snapped the whistles blew. Its a dead ball penalty.

Yes the ball was on the ground before the flag was thrown.

As a Waverly Fan, The refs missed A LOT tonight for portsmouth west when it mattered. They missed a lot for the Trojans as well but not during the critical stretches of the game. Thought Portsmouth's Offensive Scheme was a little out of whack. Should of passed a little bit more. I honestly thought West was going to comeback because Portsmouth seemed to start to get worn down but they definitely Finished the game. Great Coaching to Get the win. Really Liked what I saw from both teams tonight. West is really scrappy and Portsmouth looks like they have a lot of raw talent to develop through the season. Does anyone know what Wests #30's stats were. Kid had a motor.
