WK1 Nelsonville-York at Trimble (Saturday)
Re: WK1 Nelsonville-York at Trimble (Saturday)
I think that's the first NY Trimble game where I came away thinking Davey out-coached Phil. Good adjustments on defense at half, and using Skylar Canter on the Oline helped tremendously. Good luck to both teams going forward.

This makes the 3rd year now that they've came out to that song, don't try to make yourselves feel special. Would've liked to seen the Cats try the wing T that has been successful the last couple couple years.NY BUCKS wrote:Haha I get what you are saying the cats came

Congratulations on cutting them down as you say, all good things must come to an end eventually. Hopefully this lights a fire and a new streak begins for the Cats
Re: WK1 Nelsonville-York at Trimble (Saturday)
All I can say is your son must have come home crying last night because he got yelled at after the game. I seriously doubt you were in the locker room to know if the coaches were ripping their butts. The cats got their butts kicked! Its not the coaches fault! Watch the film and you will see.ttomcat 80 wrote:You are right about having heart but you don't know much about football or coaching if you do not think the play calling didn't stink.then ripping their butts after the game they need to take some of the blame to just didn't get out played it was out coached to.
Re: WK1 Nelsonville-York at Trimble (Saturday)
I think you're right. This has deflated them and now they will work for the win not just show up for less than four quarters. They will win the rest of their games.tomcat fan wrote:They're saying is hold the rope, they still came out to Johnny CashNY BUCKS wrote:Really because last year it was at ny

Trimble got outplayed and out coached. It happens, but the cats will bounce back. The coaching staff will make some adjustments and the kids will put in the work. They should finish 9-1 or 8-2
Re: wk1 Nelsonville-York at Trimble (Saturday)
None if these boys turn 18 before their senior year and the fullback is only 16. He could actually be a sophomore he was started early.DILLIGAF wrote:Well that three headed monster might do something this year there like in grade 13 this year right ?tomcatsroll wrote:This is the third year in a row that we have heard about the 3 headed monster. We are yet to actually see the 3 headed monster in action.
Trimble by 2 TD's at home.
Don't see the Buckeyes stopping Jenkins or Losey.

Orange and brown said it all Mr lot man.2nd half was all on the boys but coaches sure didn't help.and no don't have a dog in this fight but always be a tomcat fan and if it hurts feelings so be it
Re: WK1 Nelsonville-York at Trimble (Saturday)
Congrats to the buckeyes way to never give up. Now who cares lets move on to week two go cats 8)
Re: WK1 Nelsonville-York at Trimble (Saturday)
Your not hurting my feelings! I am a Tomcat for life myself and I will support the boys and coaches no matter what. All I am saying is the boys have to execute the plays that the coaches call. They can't do that if they are laying all over the field out of gas and cramped up. With your way of thinking I fully expect to see you on here next week praising the Tomcat coaches after they beat Belpre. I mean after all it all comes down to coaching.ttomcat 80 wrote:Orange and brown said it all Mr lot man.2nd half was all on the boys but coaches sure didn't help.and no don't have a dog in this fight but always be a tomcat fan and if it hurts feelings so be it

Re: WK1 Nelsonville-York at Trimble (Saturday)
Watched on TV on Sunday and the one thing that stood out to me was that neither team seemed rattled or over excited on Trimbles last drive
If this is true(sometimes things don't translate on TV) then both teams r on the right track for the remaining games

This can be simply put, Three Heads are better than one. Don't say I didn't try to warn you.
