And to think, the folks out to the hill were wanting to chase off a very good coach.

Sorry! I don't think 6-4 gets you in the playoffs. I could be wrong. Glad to see RH having some success this season.svac83 wrote:this game is really rock hills season. Beat portsmouth and your probably finishing 6-4 and in playoffs. lose and they are .500 team setting at home week 11

Rock Hill has South Point, Fairland, and Ironton left on the schedule (only 9 games). They could go 7-2.

Just because they are winning some games don't mean it's the coach. The boys are playing there hearts out every Friday night. They refuse to lose.

Knipp is a good coach. Winning with what is there is impressive. The kids are obviously buying in, and are well coached, to say it's just the kids and no coaching is involved is foolish.

I will give a ton of support to those boys because they are playing their hearts out. However, this group of boys are not influenced by negative attitudes. The boys ultimately makes a difference. Todd Knipp and his staff are coaching like they always have but these kids buy in and these kids work. This combination will be the turning point for that team. The boys that are there will not allow negativity to bring down this team. Further, the RH board of educations hire of the athletic training program has been significant in the growth of these young men.

By the way Hillbilly 13 - you sound like a Knipp hater (no offense intended). RH doesn't need your negativity, we have had this for to many years. Maybe you could just say "congrats RH." :122249hillbilly_13 wrote:Bear wrote:And to think, the folks out to the hill were wanting to chase off a very good coach.

Ill say congratulations to Rock Hill, Looks like you took it to my Trojans on the ground,as far as the coaching comments go.......38-14 you dont do that to anyone without sound practice and off season progress, remember, the games are played on Friday night, but they are won in the off season

Are you kidding me chase off a very good coach he should have been gone a long time ago. Keep in mind over the last 5 years he has average 2 wins a season. The OVC is bad and worse than it has been in recent years.faithfulrhfan wrote:hillbilly_13 wrote:Bear wrote:And to think, the folks out to the hill were wanting to chase off a very good coach.

I ALSO AGREE CHANGES SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE YEARS AGO!!
I WENT THROUGH SCHOOL IN THE ROCK HILL DISTRICT AND GRADUATED IN 95
AND THE SAME COACHES AND ASSISTANT COACHES IS STILL THERE.
JUST BECAUSE THE PROGRAM IS WINNING THIS SEASON DOESN'T MEAN
CHANGE IS NOT NEEDED......LOOK AT THE WHOLE PICTURE!!!!

We all know 3 wins won't get you in either. Lol. Look at you trying to bash someone who is succeeding. That's why the West side can't keep anything good. RH is in with a win. They are still on the bubble losing the last 3 games. Given the way things have played thus far, I say they win 2 of 3luvbigcats wrote:Sorry! I don't think 6-4 gets you in the playoffs. Are you crazy there wasn't anything negitive about his comment. This is going to be a tight division 6-4 with their schedule may not get them in. Maybe you should go back and reread the comments or are you just looking for a reason to bash the West Side?Jolly P(irate) wrote:We all know 3 wins won't get you in either. Lol.
