I read both teams pre-season outlook. COLDWATER replaces 3 starters between offense & defense. Marion local a few more. But similar to Ironton of the past & burg of now,both schools just reload. A vast area of uncle's & aunt's spread over this conferences helps with which colors the boys wanna wear. They found their own way to blend in with the private school unspoken's.
Nothing would surprise me in this one. I do think Coldwaters has one of the best defendes in the entire state!!!
If Marion local isn't wearing to many band aids, they'll hang around. Come 3rd quarter, the Cavs "opt out" to stay in!!! Come 4th qrtr, CAVS Defense proves too much & they're set up for #4! A nice lil' warm up before a CMH final spot again!

Coldwater is now in the driver seat to win the MAC. It has been harder to win the MAC than the state championship the last few years.
Marion Local appeared slower than Coldwater but they looked bigger. They played smash mouth football the entire game and nearly won. There were a lot of hard hitting plays in the game and fortunately there didn't appear to be any major injuries. The game definitly lived up to the hype.
