WOWK has South Gallia 20, Waterford 13. They also have a final for PHS/South Point as 55-28 Trojans.

If there's one thing about the TVC-Hocking, it would be that aside from the #1 team and maybe a #2, everything in places 3-8 (sometimes to the 9 spot) is basically anyone's guess and the parity is just too tight to make a solid prediction one way or the other. It's been like that for basketball for a few years now, and it definitely rings true for football this year. I was shocked to see Waterford was picked. WHIZ TV in Zanesville has the Miller score as Belpre 44 Miller 41
