South Point needs to re-evaluate their entire approach. I hear drug testing is the issue, but do they drug test for basketball? Baseball? They seem to be competing pretty well still to this day. Hell I'm pretty sure South Point finished in the top half in both of those sports.

My understanding is they test all students who participate in any type of extracurricular. A post on Facebook by the South Point Athletic Boosters said that out of the 200 fall sports athletes, 194 were drug free, including 39 of 40 seniors.

If you play a fall sport, winter and spring then you will be tested 3 times. Band and cheerleaders get tested as well.

Here's a thought lets drug test each team SP plays from here on out the Monday before the game, that way we are playing on a more even playing field? Not gonna happen because our district has the students' best interests in mind, not wins! It is what it is and I'll be there supporting either way, win or lose ! See you at the Hill!
