Oh! If you're being serious then I disagree. Coal Grove does have a lot of talent across the field, but I don't believe you can look ahead to any game once you reach the playoffs.ravensfan09 wrote: Tue Nov 07, 2017 10:04 pmAre you serious? Lol I'm just stating that I think CG has a superior team. I think the SVC and OVC are comparable in strength, but I just think CG has more talent and definitely has a better tradition. That being said, I think CG has some things to fix from last week. The defense has to get the holes fixed and the offense has to get running game established. If they do, I don't think it'll be a game. IBuckeyefan55 wrote: Tue Nov 07, 2017 9:16 pmravensfan09 wrote: Tue Nov 07, 2017 8:05 pm
Coal Grove will dominate this game if they shore up the leaky defense and can establish a running game. They should just go ahead and start looking at Fort Frye and Nelsonville. That game will be the big game.....
Haha, I feel like he is being sarcastic hoping Cg overlooks them.![]()

From this Trojan fan, give it all you have Hornets, you are representing the OVC as our champion!!

Going to be frigid football Friday night, around 28 degrees at game time.
Re: #3 Coal Grove vs. #2 Southeastern
This should be a close game, sounds like both teams want to do the same thing. Going to bundle up and root for the Panthers to keep making history.

28 and dry I should be able to do my game report. Now if its wet and windy, just going to do pics. On sat I am doing 2 game reports for the PA. Games. The guy in PA I am doing them for has media passes printed for all of his staff , so the weather wont make a difference. Will be in the pressbox like last week. For the record I was asked to cover the PA games since I was going to be there. The passes came with it and no I did not ask for one.

Mattash: I think that I, biggdowgg, and a couple other friends will be going to the Wheelersburg--Columbus Academy game, and maybe stop at Chipotle before we get to Herrnstein Field.

Ok, I think I'll probably go to this game.

Re: #3 Coal Grove vs. #2 Southeastern
I am going to say the crowd we be smaller than it should be, fir a game like this.
Re: #3 Coal Grove vs. #2 Southeastern
Unchartered territory for SE, I think their crowd will show, even with the weather. Probably be a lot of fans from other SVC schools there as well. Unfortunately, I'll be heading out of town, but I would be there if not.

I say Coal Grove will bring the bigger crowd. I haven’t seen this town THIS excited about a football game in a long time.
Re: #3 Coal Grove vs. #2 Southeastern
Going with the Hornets in this one but it appears this game could be the most competitive of those being played in week 12 of SEO

I can't imagine CG not having a good crowd tomorrow night. They usually travel well during regular season, so I can't imagine them not traveling down the road to lucasvillemattash wrote: Thu Nov 09, 2017 10:56 am Ok, I think I'll probably go to this game.

Re: #3 Coal Grove vs. #2 Southeastern
We are excited to host this one tonight in Lucasville. I look for a very well played game, but I look for Coal Grove to advance.
We hope you enjoy our stadium. I know the Grove has been in Lucasville a lot over the past 10 or so years, so they are used to it. We have plenty of seating and probably the best parking situation around. There are two roads out of the school so traffic won't be any issue. Any questions just post them and we will be happy to help.
Good luck to both teams and congrats on playing in week 12!
