They didn't finish the season last year. They were unable to play Oak Hill the final week.

Don't really think it matters eligible or not they aren't even close to making that jump, unless it effects the teams that play them this upcoming season.

Just saying that Green is playoff eligible in 2018 as long as they play 8 play-eligible games, which their schedule complies with.
