Gio Thomas from WCH is the #1 QB in the state for week 1 in terms of yards and touchdowns. 400+ passing and 6TD's. His top WR, Lynch, was 2nd in the state in receiving for week one with 175yds on 7 receptions. Stats don't lie

Parker 31 carries = a lot of hits one sore body

Lambiote 14 passes will not = a single sore arm.

Dylan Steward 5 TDs 300 all purpose yards 84 yard Kickoff return for a td , 2 rushing td, 2 receiving tds. 2 extra points . He just missed on throwing for a td also

I don't have his stats but, the Fairland QB played a helluva game to beat Athens. He gets my pick.

Joel Lambiotte...prior to winning td, he had 3 pass tds and ran for another. Not for sure what part if any he played in winning td.

That doesn’t seem right. He had the long rushing td where he got tackled but was on top of the defenders and got up and ran for a td. It was at least a 40-50 yard run.

That was from the Ironton Tribune, they had Stitt running the 42 Yard TD instead of Lambiotte. The Herald Dispatch shows Lambiotte had a 42 yard TD run.

Waverly's Payton Shoemaker 99 yard kickoff return TD, 75 Rushing Yards and a TD , 2 INT's one with a 48 yard return. He also had two punt returns for TD"s but was called back for penalties
