Maybe if Meigs would get on board with the rest of the TVC and use the league assigner for officials, other teams would give them more respect. The officiating that takes place year in and year out is an embarrassment to the Meigs school district and community. I thought Athens was smart to get the running clock and get out of there as fast as they could before more flags started flying and they lost a player for a game in the future as a result. Smart move!

A few years ago Meigs was up by 40 against NY and Bartrum went for 2 with the starters with a few minutes left in the game.

I heard that they missed 3 extra points in a row in that game and got tired of missing them.
