Lol it was a rumor started by him. But he was never going to Burg. Burg would challenge him but he’s the main dude in p town. Really good player.kantucky wrote: Sun Jul 07, 2019 3:24 pm Tomorrow starts two a days...tell us for sure, is Parker gone to the Burg or is that a vicious rumor?
Does anyone know either way for sure? I'd honestly hate to see that for Portsmouth.

He started it? That’s too funny! Anyway, glad to hear it’s not the truth. That name is a big part of Portsmouth. He’s like a bullet coming out of a gun when he has a step or two. He’s just amazing to watch with that kind of speed.

Tomorrow doesn’t start 2 a days. Camp starts tomorrow. Not mandatory but you better be there type situation. He did start that rumor. Kind of funny I thought. Just a kid having fun. Haven’t heard much out of the Trojan camp. I’m going to have to check them out and see the number of kids and what’s going on.

Burg is a system team like Tri Valley. Burg doesn’t have big time athletes like Parker. Parker would have been the entire Burg offensewobycat wrote: Sun Jul 07, 2019 4:37 pm Lol it was a rumor started by him. But he was never going to Burg. He's a basketball player
I can never tell if your trolling or not. Parker is a D1 football player. Burg does not have a D1 football player at skill

Obviously you have never seen Makaya Matthews playRaider6309 wrote: Sun Jul 07, 2019 10:07 pmBurg is a system team like Tri Valley. Burg doesn’t have big time athletes like Parker. Re: Portsmouth Trojans 2019
Obviously he never saw Holden play. Just because he chose D1 basketball over D1 football doesn’t mean he couldn’t play D1. Most, including myself, thought if he’d put effort into football like he did basketball, he would be playing at higher level than he is in basketball. Higher as in top tier college s.langra wrote: Mon Jul 08, 2019 5:36 amObviously you have never seen Makaya Matthews playRaider6309 wrote: Sun Jul 07, 2019 10:07 pmBurg is a system team like Tri Valley. This statement couldn't be more untrue. Matthews is every bit the athlete Parker is and Holden was probably a slight click above him. All three of those kids are just on a level above of the rest of the players in this immediate area.Raider6309 wrote: Sun Jul 07, 2019 10:07 pmBurg is a system team like Tri Valley. I got a chance to snoop down and watch some conditioning. The line is not as big as years past. But they seem to be conditioning really well. Not sure who the starters are yet but looks like a lot of them trying hard. Have some speed at skill spots. Still a little ways to go but it’s fun to watch the kids prepare for the upcoming season.

Anyone know who the front runner is to replace Lattimore at QB? I know the one kid got hurt and missed the rest of the season last year, and the other kid I believe was a pretty small freshman?

Re: Portsmouth Trojans 2019
I think it’s between roe and Duncan. Rowe been taking a lot of defense reps. Duncan taking a lot of qb reps. There both very different. Duncan more of a pocket passer and roe runs all over the place.BuckeyeBlood wrote: Fri Jul 19, 2019 5:12 pm Anyone know who the front runner is to replace Lattimore at QB? Re: Portsmouth Trojans 2019
I have a good feeling in my gut about this years. A couple worries but there working hard. All the lineman are conditioning more than I’ve seen in the past. Going to be a lot of kids who are new and need extra coaching. Not because there bad but because there new. The qb is the real mystery. I know who I would start but I’m a outsider supporting my city lol.BuckeyeBlood wrote: Thu Jul 25, 2019 7:18 pm I’ll be at the Ovc preview to catch a glimpse of this years Trojan team, I’m excited!
