Re: WEEK #1 LOGAN @ DRESDEN
Yep. I do. Where they are located. Dresden. Where the Muskingum River starts it's basin.

Dresden as you guys call it will probably get the last laugh I think it's important for Logan to keep this game within 20 points to show they are going in the right direction.

Re: WEEK #1 LOGAN @ DRESDEN
Those coming to the game,
I would suggest
SR 33 to Lancaster
SR 37 N to Granville
SR 16 E to
SR 60 S and then SR 208 (field sits beside 208)
If you decide to come through Zanesville, the most direct route of North Pointe Road (county road) is closed for a slip repair and paving until November. You would need to take SR 60 N.

What's the parking like there teachcoach ? I plan on going 664 to 22 thru Somerset. Found it was much easier than 93 or 668.

Guys...
Take 93 to 345 up to 22. Unless you’re driving the bus, an 18-wheeler or motor-biking it, just drive up the State Route that God forgot about (345.) it’s not that bad!

I've heard people call them Dresden Tri Valley many times, Paper prints it I've noticed before Dresden Tri Valley. It's in Dresden School district isn't it?

Hoping they keep it closer than that, Bolt. Would like to see a W. Chiefs might fool a few people this year. Pray Bolt.

I agree. No track around field is always nice. Seating looks kind of sparse on visiting side but it looks like your right on the field with the players. Can't wait to take in this beautiful venue!

Parking sucks. Get there early.
Seating on visitor side sucks. Get there early to get a seat on the home side or just stand on the hill top on the home side. Other than that it's a nice place to take in a game.

Visitor side stands do look small. Like the hill top on the home side idea. Can see the bank/hill in the picture each side of the stands. Was thinking that when I seen it. Agree on no track around the field. Does make it nice. Closer to the action.Dirty Sanchez wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 1:59 pmParking sucks. Get there early.

My fault, I was referring to the Muskingum river, it starts in Coshocton.TRENCHFOOT wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 10:37 pmI've heard people call them Dresden Tri Valley many times, Paper prints it I've noticed before Dresden Tri Valley. It's in Dresden School district isn't it?
Yes, Tri-Valley is in Dresden. Usually a good atmosphere for a Friday night. Plenty of parking but sometimes can be a pain leaving.

Re: WEEK #1 LOGAN @ DRESDEN
That's ok. No biggie. I knew it started up there somewhere. It's a lot smaller looking up in the Dresden area compared to on down stream near Malta in Morgan County. My Aunt has a weekend get away cottage down in that area. The river is real wide to boat/water ski/jet ski etc.Jokerswild wrote: ↑Tue Aug 20, 2019 5:06 pmMy fault, I was referring to the Muskingum river, it starts in Coshocton.TRENCHFOOT wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 10:37 pmI've heard people call them Dresden Tri Valley many times, Paper prints it I've noticed before Dresden Tri Valley. Re: WEEK #1 LOGAN @ DRESDEN
The highway on the end zone side with the SCOTTIES is SR 208. If the pic was bigger you would see the high school at the bottom of the pic. On the other side of the school is the track and a grass practice field in the middle.
There is plenty of parking within reasonable walking distance. Around the school, behind the Scotties' Den restaurant, near the storage sheds, on the streets uptown.
If you are going through Somerset to get to Dresden, I would suggest 13N, 16E, 60S, 208E to get to game.
Going SR 22 through Zanesville is like 30 traffic lights from South Zanesville to North Zanesville with speed limits of 25 and 35.
As far as the game, Tri-Valley is still a playoff caliber team. Not talking D3 State Runner Up like 2017, but likely playing in week 12 of 2019. They can pass or run. Lost some depth at linemen, but still enough left to complement a very talented group at all "skill positions".
2020 will be the year the better teams in the MVL that have not beaten TV very much the last decade (if at all) have a decent chance of beating them. 2021 more so. Logan and Jackson play week 1 next year, so this is it for TV and Logan.
