Thoughts? Usually a pretty even game

Going with oak hill. Peake needs a lot of work on run defense.

Trimble scrimmaged both. Beat both 4tds to 0, and both teams had solid power run offenses and weaker power run defenses. Not sure either can stop each other’s run game so could be interesting. Peak’s QB is FAST, very fast- and OH struggled with our QBs speed, so advantage Peake maybe. Should be a good matchup!

Oaks playing against bigger schools now. Not used to it all season. They will get in rhythm.

Oaks have played Chesapeake for like 12 straight years now. It’s not that they aren’t used to the opponent, there’s just going to be a noticeable talent disparity between them and most teams they play this year. They have a lot of solid players but are lacking a go-to playmaker or speedster to bail them out when they get behind the chains

Oaks graduated a very good class and are adjusting to a new coach as well.
