I’m going with the Huntsmen and the SVC here. Last week Huntington took down the struggling Eagles of Eastern. I’m hoping they can make it two in a row over the SOC - I.

Judging by past 2 games I would say northwest by a few. Although I think those games still leave a lot of questions. Huntington got beat by eastern meigs and I wasnt super impressed with eastern that night. They didnt look they should have been able to run with a few speedsters huntington had. But first game with a new qb for huntington so anything goes. Huntington hung 52 on eastern pike but eastern pike hung 46 on them. Came down to last score. also eastern pike had 3 TDs called back. Both defenses were pretty shaky. However eastern pike has about 3 kids that can take it to the house on any given play as well as huntington. Those kids scored a few on paint valley until they doubled up on on easterns main scoring threat. So I see questions on the D side of the ball.

Northwest hung with southeastern until half. Lane ruby will flat wear a team out. Add in a good rushing scheme and it seems they just wore the big boys down. Then northwest beat up on Greenfield mccalin pretty well. I know nothing about them. Anyone have a scoop on them?

I was hoping Huntington was a better team after putting up 50+ points last week but I think this score is a indication that they are not there yet. Give Northwest credit, they dominated the game!
