I don't really know much about Mechansburg other than just looking at who they've played. Rooting for Adena to move on and maybe see some SVC rematches in week 11, think this one will be a toss up game but I'm going with Mechanicsburg in a close one.

Mechanicsburg... no stranger to the playoffs. Not as familiar with their team this year but I know that West Jefferson’s stud running back had a monster game against them.

Mechanicsburg has been most people's favorite to win region 24 most of the season. They were competitive in the west jeff game, but not very competitive in their last game, vs West Liberty. Good team with a lot of playmakers. Should be a good game.

I doubt that Mechanicsburg has an athlete like Lane Ruby, witch very few teams do. Adena needs to tighten up there defense, after getting taken to the woodshed by Southeastern.

I hope I’m wrong about this, but I believe that Mechanicsburg is far superior to anything that any SVC team has faced this year or last, for that matter. Mechanicsburg lost to West Liberty Salem on Friday. I don’t believe anyone around our parts wants anything to do with them. As I said, I hope I’m wrong, but I believe that basketball practice starts soon for Adena

I don't think Burg is "far superior" than Adena but it would take an A+ effort from Adena and a not so sharp Burg to get the Warriors the win. The two teams that beat Burg this year ( West Jeff & WLS ) would spank any of the SVC teams this year, including the Lane Ruby Panthers.

We may have a different definition for far superior. I’m not saying Ohio State vs Miami-Ohio, maybe more like Ohio State vs Wisconsin. Lol. I saw Shadyside beat up on Adena and PV last year. I think I wish we were playing Shadyside and not Mechanicsburg.

I was just looking at Drew Pasteur projection. He has Mechanicsburg as a 6 point winner. Maybe I am giving Burg too much credit? I hope so

Have seen the 'burg twice this year. The opener against Kenton Ridge 27-3 win and two weeks ago at Fairbanks a 52-0 win. Fairbanks beat West Liberty 26-20 a couple weeks earlier. Seven running clock games for the Indians this year. The league had some poor teams and non-league foe Urbana was very poor. Don't know much about Adena except Mechanicsburg had their way with them a couple times a few years ago. Mcburg plays very physical brand of football. This team is a cut below the past two years but still formidable.
