Piketon has the players on offense to be dangerous. Piketon has a major problem on defense. They are not aligned well at all and their defensive scheme is very questionable. Unioto and Paint Valley have attacked that defense by taking advantage of what the defensive alignment gives away in pre snap alignment. SE is going to pound the rock and I don’t know if Piketon can stop the run. This game could become a shootout.

I do like the Piketon offense a lot.Guilion is a player at QB and I like Fuller and Chandler a lot in the passing game with Loar.

SE will be to strong and physical up front. PV gave Piketon an absolute beat down. Probably safe to say that Piketon has some talent but something is not meshing. Just poor defensively!

I think before the season started Piketon thought that they would be 2-0 at this point and not 0-2, they will regroup and get a win this week.

Maybe true. But it takes 11 not 1 or 3-4 . An average to Good squad will win over 8 okay players and 3 stars most if not all of the time. Now that’s if your not playing against the next star at OSU exc... But rarely do you ply against that talent. Still think SE has the overall group that pulls this one out. And defense is not a strong suit for Piketon. Although I can see excellent talent that should play better then they are at the moment.

A Piketon loss would be devastating..... and I wouldn't bet on Piketon til they show some life.

Gullion is good as is the offense.
The defense, if it catches up to the offense could make this a dangerous team.
If, Southeastern runs as well as they have, when I see them, then they could control the clock and win just by keeping that potentially potent offense of Piketon off of the field. If, and yes a big if at this point the front seven of the Redstreaks can have a strong game, this one could be a blowout.

Well no one has told me which Piketon team is showing up so I'm just going to have to give a guess here. Just looking at schedules I think Piketon has played 2 of the top 3 teams in the SVC and losing to Unioto on the last play of the game. SE going in at 1-1 but they beat a Huntington team that unless they've changed offensive styles were a bit more spread and SE gave up 28 points. Piketon's offense is MUCH better than Huntington and I think SE is still going to have to go through some growing pains, Piketon gets their first win in the 2020 season, 45-30.

Every game Piketon will be in this year will be a struggle, offense is decent like it always is and defense is lacking like it has been during the Gullion era! Time for a change at least on defense side of the ball! Same old song and dance!
