Offense is starting to click a little better, defense has played pretty well. Warren by two scores. Logan seems to be vulnerable to the pass.
Re: WK3 Logan - Warren
Okay, so I have seen the Warriors on live stream twice and from my perspective they are starting to get their offense going and the defense looks good....only thing is on offense they better start to utilize more weapons, they totally abandoned the run against the Fort and seemed to look for one receiver in the second half (yes that one receiver is very good) but the mismatches need to be exploited better...defensively it's the best I have seen a Warrior team play in awhile...I will guess Warren by a couple scores as the field wont be as wet and muddy and will let offense work. Does anyone know if Logan will be livestreaming????
Re: WK3 Logan - Warren
Being as objective as possible, I unfortunately feel another loss coming for the Chieftains. There seems to be way too much lack of discipline, too many mistakes, and lack of execution. It pains me to say that.

I’m pretty sure just one guy said that on the fort frye forum. I believe fort frye will be the toughest team on the schedule. Others think that tooEasternDspy wrote: ↑Sun Sep 06, 2020 8:11 am Didn’t Warren fans say Logan was best team on the schedule?

Warren was once considered a “bye” week at Logan and It’s hard to imagine Warren beating a Logan team. HOWEVER, Logan has look lost in its first 2 games.
Re: WK3 Logan - Warren
I know that Logan owns warren in the football series but I really like this warren team in this matchup. gonna take the warriors 35-14.

Re: WK3 Logan - Warren
Not that this matters now, but Warren’s senior class has had success against Logan at the younger levels, beating Logan both years in junior high. So there is some sort of context for this game.

Even Logan can’t screw this one up . Logan by a touchdown.. The mighty big school in the area finally gets a win and if the don’t well at least they have a nice facility..

Re: WK3 Logan - Warren
Warren was one of Logan's toughest games through the first 10 games or so in the series. When they joined the SEOAL in 1986 they were a very solid program. Lots of good battles.
Then in the late '90s - right after the Taylors finally graduated (more on that later) - the program fell off a cliff.
This Warren team is much more like the mid-90s group that finally broke through to share the SEOAL title in 1995. They are very good.
Lots of good storylines. Eddy against one of his proteges - Matt Kimes.
Warren's excellent QB - Kurt Taylor - is the son of former Warriors standout Shawn Taylor. Shawn QB'd Warren to an SEOAL co-championship in 1995. He led WHS to wins over Logan in 1995 and 1996. His uncle Jason Taylor QB'd Warren to a win over Jackson in 1998 that opened the door for Logan to be co-champions despite losing to Jackson (Logan beat Warren in OT).

Re: WK3 Logan - Warren
I would agree this is a matchup nightmare for Logan. The Chiefs have been solid defensively against the run, but have really struggled against opponent passing games - giving up nearly 200 yards per game through the air.
Logan has to find a way to finish drives or it will be a long night.
