Was there an official TVC Ohio champion this year?

Since the Wellston @ Athens game was cancelled and not rescheduled, was there an official champion in the TVC Ohio this year? Wellston was 4-0. Nelsonville-York was 4-1. If Wellston would have beat Athens, Wellston would have been outright league champions. If Athens would have beat Wellston, Nelsonville-York and Wellston would have been co-champions.

I haven’t seen anywhere that listed an official champion. Does anyone know how the TVC handled this?

Maybe not officially but give the trophy to Wellston. (Wellston would have beat Athens had they played even with a healthy Moore but he was out injured anyway the 2nd half of the season).

Since the championship was awarded based on conjecture I think it should have been shared between Meigs and Wellston since Meigs "would have" beaten everyone if their QB wouldn't have gotten hurt.
