Someone PRivate messaged me. I have no problem with Jackson not wanting to come to memorial field. Jackson can’t even put over half there team in the visiting locker room. They have a bunch of reasons just not the field. I was just making a point why they don’t play.
Hopefully we do get a bee field soon at the game can be played again.
Ironton, Jackson & Burg…Thank you.
Re: Ironton, Jackson & Burg…Thank you.
One year Jackson played there the field was so muddy it was dangerous. Can’t blame Hall for his stance.svac83 wrote: Sun Aug 29, 2021 8:17 pm Someone PRivate messaged me. Well nobody mentioned East scheduling with Burg. You act as if you’re the only one with information and other posters are idiots. But, my guess is that’s your thing. It’s what you do.greygoose wrote: Sun Aug 29, 2021 7:25 amThat's very good information thanks, in SEO I think some fans just think, "hey we tried to call these guys they didn't want to play". It takes much much more than that, heck you've got to have the right dates to align in order to even make anything happen. Then we look at the size of schools in the area and that automatically cuts most teams out of the running to play any of these teams. Teams in the SVC who are at the top could possibly line up something but they've only got 3 non-league games so it makes scheduling a bit tougher in that since. I do believe a team like Athens and they get involved with Waverly and Jackson from time to time should play those types of teams each year especially with them being in the TVC as for the most part they're simply not pushed. Chillicothe is taking on both Burg and Waverly this year while being in the FAC with Jackson. A team like Clinton Massie could be a good one but with that you're looking at anywhere between 90-120 minutes of driving which honestly isn't bad for a once a year deal.svac83 wrote: Sat Aug 28, 2021 8:20 pm I agree these programs are excellent. And I am glad they play each other. But to say who plays them or not is not necessarily true. Gallia played ironton year in and year out in league or out of league. Now Gallia after only winning 1 game in. 21 years did ask out of contract. Before they joined them in league.
Jackson has a open contract to sign and play Gallia academy anytime home and home. But their coach has stated publicly that his team will never go to memorial field again. So that isn’t happening.
Gallia and wheelersburg aren’t going to play one another but that has a lot more to do with personal things not the competition on the field.
Not personal in a bad way. The wheelersburg coach has a lot of local ties in Gallipolis and it is my understanding that is just not a road they want to go down.
I am sure if Gallia academy improved to where they were competing on that level regularly that maybe those games would get scheduled
For an individual to want to bash ADs for not answering a phone as they say, they simply have no idea who has called who. I'm doubting any of these 3 are calling up Northwest or Symmes Valley to play given their location wouldn't that be an awesome idea.Maybe with East being so close to Burg they should start that series back up.
You took a post that for whatever reason, got under your skin, and and took it to the lowest denominator. A post that was meant to vent frustration towards fans that bash these teams on this site and transformed it into one that is bashing every school in SEO. It’s just what you do. I get it.
But I see you for what you are. You’re a moderator troll.
Re: Ironton, Jackson & Burg…Thank you.
Nah, man that's a comment made when the other person simply keeps posting the same thing over and over and doesn't get it at all. You do realize if i was a moderator my name would be green highlighted right? Oh no you have no idea about that just like you don't even understand your backhand comments towards the other schools. I mean if you can't read what you wrote and realize it then I simply can't help you. Yeah I'm majorly trolling here, close to 4,000 post but I'm a troll,Whiplash wrote: Sun Aug 29, 2021 8:11 pmThat’s a comment you make when you have no point. I have said nothing that’s incorrect. Including that fact that you’re probably a moderator, and you’re definitely a troll.greygoose wrote: Sun Aug 29, 2021 7:15 amAgain some just don't get itWhiplash wrote: Sat Aug 28, 2021 3:10 pm
I missed nothing. But I obviously hit a nerve with you for standing up for these 3 programs.
And I wasn’t asking for your help with anything.
When it comes to the difficulties of their ADs scheduling games locally, maybe I know more than you give me credit for, or maybe not.
And, on a sight where people call out kids by name and number, you say I’m being (as you said it) “VERY negative.”SMH
My guess is you’re a moderator. But right now, you’re a troll.
