Then if they are not winning the support is non existence. These schools are faced with all the obstacles of getting kids involved. Some kids don't wanna play, they dont wanna leave that game system, they dont wanna dedicate the work that it takes with the practices, and the conditioning. So these coaches can only work with what they have. Give them a break or get out there yourself and dedicate your time.

Three?? Dement kid, R.J., and Stepp kids all starting @Fairland. Ethan Taylor... Not to mention Schmitt.. Hutchinson starting at Midland... S.V. has Walsh and Best and Jones kids.. And the attrition isn't only happening in high school.. Once proud program is in the midst of a major culture problem right now..

Culture Change or not, I’m still trying to wrap my head around a school that would hire anyone with a win-loss record as such prior to being hired. Not discrediting him as a human being. He might be the nicest and hardest working person in the world. However, wins and losses do account for something. They haven’t even scored yet this year.

....and what offense would you implement that would change the outlook for this Panther team? I'm very interested to see.

It's not the fault of the coach if parents are willing to move kids from one district to the another because: a winning team, personal issue with coach, lack of playing time, or going to have a bad year, etc.

Set in the stands and listen to some of the dads yelling at Knipp, makes me sick!! Let the coaches coach and enjoy the opportunity to watch your kid play. Urban Meyer wouldn't fair well with this team, sorry to be so blunt. This team is very young, small, and inexperienced, and lack a true "football" player. They have athletes playing football.
