Considering how many points Portsmouth put up against Portsmouth west, rock hill doesn’t have a chance in this one.

Rock hill plays Portsmouth tough every year. Usually the red men run down Portsmouth throat. If Trojans can keep stopping the run like previous 3 games I think Trojans have JV in second half. Do not overlook rock hill and focus on Gallia. One week at a time.

Being that the Trojans have a QB that can sling the ball with the best of them, it will be interesting to see if the Redmen can somewhat control the Trojans passing game? The Trojans are playing with a lot of confidence right now, especially their defense. Rock Hill being at home will help, but I still think the Trojans will leave with a 4-0 record.

This will be a lot closer than you think. Rock hill will be better at running the ball than valley I think.

West had a pretty good running back also, and the kid on deer park was faster then anyone the Trojans will see all year ,already has a ride to Cincinnati.

But like always you play one week at a time

Name your score Portsmouth. Might still be early, but I think we've seen enough to say Ptown has a defense. And that's all they have needed for years. And I agree with another poster, if Roe was 6+ feet, he would having them knocking his door down.

I hope they are I want to see if the Trojans defense have really turned things around this year. Cause if so, this team may be capable of a lot more than what most would expect when you consider how dangerous the offense can be.

Because Rock Hill was so good at running the ball against maybe the worst team in Oak Hill history they scored 23 points so that means they are better at running than Valley. Hard to beat your evidence man. Let’s just say you’re correct, 0 chance they are better running the ball than West, and probably not better than DP.

That’s all they do is run. When you run 99% of the time and chew clock. Teams like that chew clock not rack up points. I never mentioned DP or west. I said valley

I feel good about the Trojans being 3-0, but I remember Portsmouth going to Rock Hill and seeing the Redmen running the ball almost at will. The Trojan defense will be tested because I look for RH to play a physical type of football. The PHS offense is fun to watch, with so many weapons and gamebreakers. I am still looking for better pass protection for Drew Roe; against Cincinnati Deer Park he made some great throws out of the pocket which were not necessarily designed that way.

GO TROJANS!!!
