If Green was the home team, I think they are playing at Burg on Saturdays if Burg has a Friday night home game.
Re: Green v Ridgedale
Game is at 3:00 tomorrow at Ed Miller Stadium in Wheelersburg. Bobcats looking to bounce back after a tough two weeks.

Ridgedale used to be really down, to the point they almost banged the program, but I saw them in August and they got some things going (slowly.)
Ridgedale spreads it out and they have some athleticism. QB throws a good ball.

Re: Green v Ridgedale
For one the coach for green should be running 22 as their TB! They also need to stop with that counter action that is taking about 10 years to develop lol. They could be a decent team if used correctly.

Thoughts? Can Green keep the streak

Re: WK3 Green @ Ridgedale
Pretty long drive. Hoping they can make the trip and get in their groove. I'd say this is a ton of those kids' first road game.
I'm taking Green, 35-14

Long bus ride, first game away from the hype of the new stadium are all things to think about. If the Cats can prepare mentally the rest will fall into place. They are in an early groove and are having fun playing football. I’m saying the Bobcats improve to 3-0

Green’s going to have a blast watching the tape on Ridgedale, because Vanlue played the second half vs them with only 10 players.

I listened to the Green coach on the radio. If nothing else the guy knows how to motivate his players….although I think he can coach too!! Keep it up Coach…3-0 would really feel good. If you know you know!

When Green won their home opener they realized they can win. They have momentum, although only 2 games, confidence and attitude is contagious! Its going to be a fun season!

I agree! Game 2 had a whole different feeling and swagger. Hoping to win and expecting to win are two different things. Teams like Wheelersburg, Ironton, and Jackson could show up to play the Bengals and despite really having no chance they still expect to win that game. A winning culture is long overdue in the furnace. A community and a school that shows up every game expecting to win Will carry over into other sports and future years.RiverBallFan1 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 29, 2022 2:39 pm When Green won their home opener they realized they can win.
