Johnson central runs the tight wishbone and flex bone offense. They just line up and say here we come. Try and stop us. This will probably be the most physical game Ironton plays this year.

If Ironton plays up to their potential they will win handily. If they do what they have been doing they will lose big.

Amazingly this is pretty accurate. Ironton has to limit penalties and execute better.

Sounds like just an excuse in case you lose ? 🤔

Didn’t know an actual reason you lose was an excuse.

Man you talk about 2 teams that is going strength vs strength as JC has one of the best rushing attacks around and the best Ironton will see all season. I think Ironton can do just enough to win this game but it's going to be a knock down drag out fight on this one. If either team can hit 20 that should be the winner.

No excuses this year not to go undefeated and walk to a state title.

JC star running back broke his leg this past Friday,so Ironton more then likely has the advantage there now

You will see JC definitely has more than one RB capable of making big time plays

Just going by the article I read on their website saying their stud running back broke his leg ,along with losing their entire offense line to graduation, but I'm sure they are probably in good shape

GoBigI wrote: Sat Sep 03, 2022 1:28 pm If the coaches continue to play favorites as opposed to playing the best 11 Ironton loses this one for certain. The secondary does not include the best 4 players and the o-line has a glaring weakness. Carpenter needs to see much more of #8, #15, and #22 at WR. He doesn’t seem to have much confidence in anyone to make a play other than #3 in their current starting receiving corps. Get the right kids on the field or come playoff time the early exit will be on the coach’s head.
Ridiculous statement the coach is playing the players he needs to play to win.
As far as #3 he is the receiver the QB has confidence in and trust the rest will come as games come.
The Ironton O-line and D-line is young and improving and the secondary should be better and they will be as time goes they step up when needed.
This a talented Ironton team and unless you are in the coaches meetings film room and practices then your just blowing.
Not picking a fight but talk like this is why Rock Hill and other teams have trouble winning year in and out.
The fans don't know everything would you prefer we go back to pre Pendleton and and get beat by everyone ????????????
Mic drop 💯

That's for sure. 😭 Awful lotta talk from a team who couldn't find the end zone vs Ironton and struggled this past Friday vs a team Raceland hung 50 on.

These young men will not pin point the blame to any one in particular. These young men are a strong unit and one big family. They are not going to say this player need to improve. They will say we all need to, they love playing ball together and you can tell. None of these boys are selfish, great group of young men and are coached by a great group of coaches. We are lucky as a community to have such a great group of kids and coaches.

With that being said can we do something with the secondary.... Killing us, we go up against a team that throws the long ball all night an have receivers that can make the plays will be hurting....
