Is cooper still the coach at rv?

Rumor has it the team walked off the practice field and said they refuse to play for the coach…I don’t know the whole story but I’m hearing bits and pieces..not looking good

I hope that’s not true. Those young people get one shot at playing ball on Friday nights. Regardless of the games’ outcome, they are representing their school and should be proud of their work and commitment. I had hopes that I was wrong about the coach hiring and the effect it would have on the program, but also knew this wasn’t the coaching answer the kids deserved at RV. Play the game for your school, community, your teammates and yourselves, in spite of whomever is coaching. One shot! Seems to me like this week would be a rivalry and a good chance to bring home a win.

Not a whole lot of talent on these teams and the coaching is bad for both. Could be a dandy. Loser fights Wellston and Athens for the worst in the TVC Ohio and that's saying something because it could be the worst league in the state at this point.

These statements might be correct but i still personally believe 5 or 6 out of the 7 teams in the ohio would still beat almost every team in the hocking

NY and VC could challenge for the Hocking title but no one else could and Wellston would struggle to beat even Belpre. Athens would beat Belpre but who else could they beat? RV did beat SG but I doubt they could right now and Eastern beat them already. Suffice it to say the TVC as a whole is one of the worst leagues in the state.

You heard it here first. This offense took major steps tonight. Once we get the ball to Connor deep more often we will roll. I see wins against alexander, Athens, and wellston. Marietta and The Greyhounds are tossups. If we win those we are 7-3 and hosting a playoff game. A split gets us to 6-4 and still playing in week 11. Calling it now. Go ahead and print up those playoff t shirts.
