Southern Ohio Regional Powerlifting Meet

Date: January 28th, 2023

Place: Piketon High School Gym.
1414 Piketon Road, Piketon Oh, 45661

Weigh Ins: Please see second page. Honor System.

Time: Lifting begins at 10am

Boys Division: Light, Middle, Heavy
125,135,145,155,165,175,185,195,210,225,250, unlimited

Girls Division and Jr. High Division: Light and Heavy
115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 175, 195, Unlimited

Lifts: Bench, Squat, Deadlift
3 attempts at each

Entry Fee: $10 per lifter

Rules: Ohio High School State Powerlifting rules
Squat suites must be single ply
No Bench Shirts Allowed

Awards: Medals in each weight class for 1st -3rd and ribbons for 4th-6th (both boys and girls). The top lifter in Squat, Bench, and Deadlift in the 3 boys division and 2 girls division will also receive a medal.

Team Awards: Trophies for the top 3 teams

Admission: $5 per adult, and 12 or younger is free

Concessions: Provided by the Piketon Athletic Boosters

T-shirts: Will be available for $10

Weigh Ins: All coaches are asked to weigh in their athletes and email the list to [email protected] or [email protected]. By doing this we will be able to run a faster Meet. Below is a template for the email if you would like to copy and paste.
Please enter the following information:
first and last name, body weight, opening lift for the Squat, Bench, Deadlift, High School (H) OR Jr High (JH) and Sex. Junior High grade will be 7th and 8th grade; High School is grades 9th-12th.

Might bring the kids from Racine over. Are you allowed to squat deep enough that your 'Roids hit the floor. Thats how we do it in Racine.
