The late penalty that basically took away a Bellaire score decided that game . Unfortunately the D faltered in the last minute plus permitting Garaway to drive nearly the field . Based on season results Garaway was probably the better team , although the best team doesn’t always win and Bellaire should have won that game .

No doubt Bellaire has the offensive weapons, the two scrimmages will give a good indication of the progress of the QB . The problem is defense, a huge weakness last season . Touchdowns of 40-50 yards or longer in one play was normal . Both Garaway and Wheeling Central scored in the final minute of play with Bellaire holding the lead.

My opinion and it’s only my opinion I see this game as 60-40 Garaway

Things will be different now. Bellaire has a very good off season weight and conditioning program now. Something they have not had since the mid 90's
They are bigger, stronger and faster.
The Big Reds have a very good head coach and he has brought in some very good assistants.

I'll be there . I think John Marshall will be a better test for the Big Reds based on reports of JM's offensive live having D1 and D2 level players no disrespect ment towards River there will be a significant size difference between Rivers linemen and John Marshall linemen
