Many great coaches started with a losing record. I believe Crabtree started at Valley with an 0-10 record, Dave Lucas had a losing record to begin with at Coal Grove. Give the guy a chance.

Minford going to have a rough year, but those players deserve props for sticking it out in tough times like this. Roster numbers will start getting better over next couple of years. Just get through this season.*

I went back and watched. I thought they looked quick and aggressive but they are just two young right now. I’d give that guy a chance might be something there.
That was exactly my take away as well. Young team making young mistakes but they played hard with some nice looking players.
