I know these things can go different ways, but they are 8 points from being second place in the league. I would bet with the injuries they have had, that most teams would have struggled just the same when losing two or three of their top players. If Valley is motivated tonight, I believe this is a blowout. Minford’s highest level of play doesn’t approach Valley’s. Tonight will be all about how bad Valley wants to play.

Since you are he!! bent on trolling Valley, do you have an axe to grind? I agreed that’s why I said these things can go different ways. My point is that Valley has been competitive football team even with some serious injuries.
Valley being in control of this game at half is no surprise.

Final 39-0 glad to see the jv get some time. I was impressed by the size of the jv oline. Valley looked like they was having fun tonight. Someone said we have a chance at the playoffs some how which would be cool if not that’s ok too.

Congratulations to Valley on the win. Not sure what their region looks like, but with the right draw they could pull an upset on someone.
To the Falcon seniors, hold your head high. You stuck with it through a hard year when others didn’t have the same level of commitment. My hat is off to you.
To the returning guys, let this be the start of the next chapter of successful Minford Football. Coach Michael can do great things if we’re all patient and give him the support he needs. Looking to next year there’s a ton of experience coming back. If 25-30 will make a commitment to live in the weight room and the numbers can get closer to 40+, next year can be a step forward. If there’s not commitment to off season preparation, next year will be much like this year as far as wins and losses.

Great post…Falcon fans I’ve talked to throughout season seem like they are supportive of the coaching staff and know it’s going to take a few years. But Minford got a solid 8th grade class coming up and numbers should start improving. Also heard older Caudill is coming back to football next season (played soccer this year) to play with his brother who will be a freshman.CuckooNest wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2024 11:36 pm Congratulations to Valley on the win. This season was rock-bottom for the Falcons and some tough changes were made that needed to happen. And props to the upperclassmen who toughed it out for the Falcons. But starting next season, you’ll start seeing the improvement.*
