Area Kids in the Transfer Portal

So far, I see Tanner Lemaster (Washington Senior) and Tayvion Galloway (Chillicothe/Unioto/Pickerington Central) will depart from Kentucky and Purdue, respectively.

Although, I did think Lemaster may have had a chance to play at UK. Galloway has bounced around so much that I think everyone knew that Purdue wouldn’t be where he would first see the field.

He was a solid 6’4 as a freshman and left during basketball season the next year, but I felt like he either grew or just filled out more. If you told me that he was 6’5, I’d believe you without seeing him the last few years.

Hope it works out for both of them! I was a long time resident of Murfreesboro, TN and I wasn’t very impressed with the town. Nice campus though…and a weirdly high amount of bars that were on Bar Rescue too.

Not quite the transfer portal but Dariyonne Bryant (Portsmouth) will be heading from Highland CC (Kansas) to Troy this coming season. He had a great season this year and had several offers. Congrats to him!
