If the grove can keep from repeating the mistakes of last year in the opening of this game I think they finally get that win over valley that they've been craving, grove was young last year and inexperienced, but they are returning almost all of the same team and now have a year of coach Kidd under their belts.

Im sure it was talked about in another thread but i will ask anyway. Why did the hornets not have a game last week? Is Lucas still the coach over there?

And that's the bottom line, b/c Stone Cold said so....

The school they had scheduled had to cancel their football program.. I do not know the specifics and this is only what I've been told. The head coach of coal grove is Brian Kidd who got the job last year.

Thanks for the info. That's unfortunate for the hornets. Good luck to both teams in this one.

I'm not sure who Valley can beat. I don't know anything about Pikeville.

Way to go up out on a limb after the game...haha

Congrats Hornets!

It's going to be a tough season for Valley, the key is to keep playing and enjoying the GAME all year, and they will learn and improve. Keep your heads up Valley!

Going to be a long season for Valley but the experience the sophomores are getting will be huge come their senior year.
