My son's coach gave him an info packet on a meet at Albany Alexander. I believe the meet was to be on January 26.

Do you kno if the meet is a Bench Squat and Deadleft....or could it be no squats? let me kno thanks

Saturday 1-26-08 Coal Grove holds their annual Bench, Squat, and Deadlift meet....

Regionals will be at Coal Grove on Saturday 2-9-08 or Saturday 2-16-08.....

1-26-08 is CG annual bench and deadlift meet..**no squats**

I don't pretend to know or be, just curious. I know nothing about power lifts, but if a guy who weighed 118 lbs. were to lift nowadays, how would he do in the meets if he pressed exactly 2x his weight-236? And dead lifted 275?

you would atleast place top 3 in ur weight class...are you planning on lifting in the CG meet this saturday?
