does anyone know when the players for the north -south game nominations have to be in or has that already occurred?

I believe that the coaches send in part of the nomination anyway and possiby film. That is kind of what I wanted to know. I just wondered if there was a date that the sames were sent in by.

I know him personally, his coach jay lucas told him, and Coach Brown the south coach called him as well.

new 2008 rosters are now up. looks like the coal grove boy, a boy from logan, and south points head coach are all a part of the south team

Congrats Nick!

He never got much exposure in field goals as the Blue Devils went for it on 4th a bit. He boomed several kick-offs for touchbacks.

One FG attempt at Jackson was from about 35 yards out (I think), and it was not only good, it cleared the massive scoreboard there.

In two years as Gallipolis' kicker, Nick Stevens kicked 40 of 52 point after attempts, and made four of seven field goals for 52 points. Like another poster said on this forum, most of Stevens' kickoffs zoomed into the end zone. He also had to punt in a few games when Gallia's regular punter was injured. He punted six times for 216 yards for 36.0 average.
