LOOKING FOR COACHING STAFF

Post by crashcoach »

Hello to all. First Id like to wish all of the area prep teams goodluck on their forthcoming season. Should be alot of quality football this fall to watch.
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ryan Barnhouse, I am the Head Coach/Offensive Coord for the West Virginia Crash Semi-Pro football team located in Kenova/Huntington WV. We recently just concluded our 2008 season with a 5-5 record and I am setting the wheels in motion for a successfull 2009 season. Ill get right to the point, I am fully aware of the great football minds in Southeasern Ohio and I am offering an open invitation for anyone with coaching experience in football to apply for a spot on my 2009 staff. There is a variety of position coaches spots, Defensive Coord spot, Special teams Coach, etc etc. I am looking for quality guys with good work ethics who have a strong drive to win to help lead our team in 2009. If you feel that you would be interested in joining the staff you may feel free to contact me at [email protected] or at (304) 421-8591. Prospective players interested in playing in 2009 are also encouraged to contact me if interested in playing. You may visit us on the web at www.wvcrash.com

Again, Good luck to all the Prep teams in the area, God be with you all.

Ryan Barnhouse

They run the ball now in the Arena league too. Not just throw every play.

Just so everyone knows, we are not arena football, we are regualr outdoor minor league football. We had three of our players from our team this season go and play for the arena team (Huntington Heroes) they were OL Jesse Carmon 6'5 310lbs Ironton H.S. - RB Antoine Cabarrus 60 220lbs Marshall University - FS Jermaine Payton 6'3 200lbs Huntington H.S.
They all played for us as well as the arena team. Jesse started every game for the Heroes once they signed him at center, then he started 7 games for us at left guard.

We have been around for 10 seasons, but we just recently moved the team here from the Marietta/Parkersbur area prior to the 2007 season, so we have only been here two years. But in those 2yrs here we have gone 7-4 last season (playoffs) and 5-5 this season and barely missed the playoffs.

I want coaches who are dedicated, and who arent intimidated by coaching men instead of boys. We have alot of talent coming back, and Im looking to add more talent from the local area, both players and coaches. Im looking for guys who want to be a part of a program, and who are willing to put the time and effort in to make that program successful. Im no stranger to quality programs, below is my personal resume both playing and coaching.

PLAYING:
4yr starter at Fayetteville High School WV. (2 Time All-State)
2yr starter at Glenville State College (2 WVIAC conference titles)
7yr starter in Minor League Pro (4 time All-Star Selection - 2003 National Champs)

COACHING:
Head Coach - Gilmer County High School 2000-2001
Offensive Coord - Gauley Bridge High School 2002-2003
Offensive Coord - Vinson Jr. High 2007
Head Coach/Offensive Coord - WV Crash (Semi-Pro)

thank you all, really i was just bumping this up. so it did not cycle off. it's a 3 day a week commitment. and then gameday. the practices are in the evening. and the games are during the summer. so we are in the process of talking to athletes now. looking for any athletes fairly fresh out of school. who want the opportunity to still hit people, and show they can still play. it's your ticket to the next level.

DO YOU STILL HAVE THE FIRE TO --------- CRASH INTO SOMEONE.
