WK 6 Waverly @ Minford

I don't think we get defensive at all! There is a swagger at Minford this year, with the players and fans. Every week it's, well you haven't played anybody, or wait till you play this team. We have a good football team! We can't wait until 7:30 on Friday night! It just happens to be Waverly's turn.

I agree....let's hope for a good injury free game for both teams.

Throw out the one common opponent (Wellston) and I think Waverly has played a much tougher schedule. With that being said will strength of schedule make a difference? It all comes down to Waverly being able to stop the run.

You cannot even compare common opponents because Minford was down 2 starters that week, but if it makes you feel better go ahead. You are right, it will come down to Waverly stopping the run and as long as they can key on one player in the backfield they will have done that, right? Oh, and Minford has no passing game either, so I would not concern yourself with that either. Yep, isolate one player on Minford's offense and that will make the difference. Keep thinking that.....

Very winnable game for the Falcons if they play like I know they can. Minford must continue to take care of business, and keep doing what they do. Very good game to start of SOC II play. Lets Go Red, put up another W in the win column!

It was not directed at you. All I was saying in essence is that this is not an apples to apples comparison. It can't be and we all know that. I'll draw a picture next time. Get over it. If you want to start the hiding behind the keyboard game, start it with someone else. I don't have the time for it. Have a safe trip to Minford. I think we are all looking forward to a hard fought game.
