Now that was a good one Rogue. I wasn't starting anything and have no reason to hide behind any keyboard. If you'd like to draw a picture be my guest. I don't need to "get over" anything.

Will be heading out about 6:30p.m. to make the trip, thanks for the travel well wishes. It will for sure be a hard fought battle.

:122249 I already have my ticket, no more waiting in line for me. Got way to close to missing the kickoff a couple weeks back. Head out early, should be a big crowd tonight. Hopefully both teams can play their best and have an injury free game.

Great team effort tonight/ Minfod's O line and backs really block and hit. There was a lot of hard hitting. Roback takes your breath away every time he runs but the Minford D did a great job of containing him. Waverly really lacks strngth up front on both sides of the ball. Malone did not look 100 per cent to me. Great game by Minford. now get ready for Wheelersburg. Should be a great game. West may find Waverly very tough at home. Waverly is certainly capable of lighting up the scoreboard quickly.

Congrqatulations to the Minford coaching staff. They have really put a program together. A lot of underclassmen are playing. Minford was fortunate tonight to be a ble to start and O line that did not have to play any defense.

Great job, Minford! Waverly was out-manned and out-played.

Great job by the Falcons! 438 yards rushing! Waverly definitely has some weapons but Minford's defense was swarming the whole night. Roback and Malone had some nice gains, but weren't able to break anything long, which was a big concern going in. I think Waverly has to be impressed with Minford's defense and offense. Hopefully Minford as a team earned some respect tonight. Brandon McCormick had a huge game for Minford on both sides of the ball and he really ran the ball with a purpose tonight. Matter of fact, they all did....Joel Williams, Aaron Williams, Mark Slone, Ray Bryan, etc., etc. Obviously the offensive line did their job as well. Really proud of all you guys. Enjoy this one and then start getting ready for the big showdown next Friday in Wheelersburg.

Good luck to Waverly on the rest of your season.

I believe we had over 400 on the ground or close to it. Slone had 164. Great game all around but i had one concern. How come we gave up 14 points... should have been a shutout. :122245 :122245 ;-)

Wow, absolutely dominating performance by the Falcons. After the opening kickoff was returned deep into Minford territory, and a short Waverly score it was all Minford, as the Falcons reeled of 21 unanswered points to shellshock the Tigers. The Falcons defense seemed to lay down as the half was coming to an end and Waverly being the great offense that they are marched down and punched it in with a good pitch and catch from Roback to the freshman Kretzer. After the half the teams traded possesions before Minford turned on the afterburners tuning the score up to 42-14 and yes it could have been worse, Minfords coach stuck in his reserves midway through the 4th quarter and the clock was wound down to finish off the game. My hat goes off to the Waverly Tigers as they did not quit on a single play, and Roback is the real deal. I would like to say that it is going to be a pleasure to watch this young man for the next year and a half and hopefully get to watch him on Sat.'s in the future. Good Luck Tigers throughout the rest of the season. :-D :-D

I don't think Malone was a hundred percent. After leaving the field on the squad last week, he needed to take it easy. Are the coaches trying to kill him off or something??? When they saw he was struggling why didn't they pull him. I will tell you one thing, that kid has some steel if you know what I mean. Some of the throws were just off and he still tried. Why were they playing him on offense and defense. Thought he was supposed to take it easy. Are they trying permanently injure him to just win a game. Seriously? I am not saying they were doing that on purpose but come on. Some props to him for doing his best. Great job tigers. Minford did do a great job, ecspecially containing Roback. Not that hot anymore. Congrats to Minford for winning and Congrats to Tigers for trying thier best. A double congrats to Malone for not quitting and persavering even when he wasn't ready to be out there.
