Chillicothe played Cirleville back in the 80's,and they used to be hard physical games.I don't know who pulled the plug on the non-league game.I remember the years 83,84 and 85.

I have seen Canal play, and don't get me wrong...they're a good team. But IMO, no where near the team that Logan is. The Qb, Whitlach has a pretty good arm, but no where near the talent of Logan standout Pat Angle. Should be a good game, but I just can't see the Cavs letting this one go. If they keep playin their A game, they could make a deep run into the playoffs. Keep workin boys!

i think this was a good draw for chilli. Fu should have beat canal, they didnt impress me much. They are a 2 man horse on offense. If you can keep them from getting outside then you will be fine. Punch their D in the mouth up the middle and it will soften up the outside bigtime. I think chilli should win this game.

Ironton would be very competitive and contend for the MSL title most years, but they would not be unbeatable. Fairfield Union played them a couple of years ago in the playoffs and lost 14-12.

Fairfield Union played Gallia Academy, not Ironton a couple years ago in the playoffs and the Blue Devils won 14-12.

im from fu, yes we did play gallia but we also played ironton before that.

Ironton traveled to Fairfield Union for a first round playoff game in 2002. Ironton won 14-13.

I really thought Chilli would beat Logan. Oh well....Chilli has nothing to be down about.. They played an amazing schedule and in my opinion is one of the clasiest programs I have seen, I truly believe the tough schedule they have played will have them prepared for this playoff run...I think a deep run is possible if they play to their potential because you guys have some studs on that team... Chilli would beat Westfall 8 out of 10 times....this Chilli team seems to get better each year and from the looks of their younger players they are only going to get even better

I agree about Westfall. But how would we know unless they actually played against each other.

Chillicothe used to play Circleville pretty consecutive there for a while. I think that was when Circleville was still a member of the SCOL, before they switched to the MSL-Buckeye Division. The last time the two schools played, I think was in the late 1980's or early 1990's. Not sure though? Cavalier86 or Cavalierfan95 might know. I think the last few meetings the Chillicothe Cavaliers vs the Circleville Tigers played the score wasn't pretty. If memory serves me right, Chillicothe defeated Circleville by large scores. The two schools have played 39 games according to the WBEX History of the Cavaliers Football opponents. The football series began in 1899.

The series is: 21-16-2 in Chillicothe's favor.
