the big blue played a good game tonight but gahs4ever all you ever post about is the backfield. Tom and Jimbo was blowin sophmore Austin Smiths name up all night as they do every game but no one has anthing to say about the o- lineman or the defense unless they are not blocking for the backfield or the qb keeps getting crushed. maybe the o-lineman would block if they got the respect that they deserve, nothing against you, im just saying.Austin smith is a lineman that played fb. tonight but all they let him do was lead block and he also caused both fumbles tonight, what about that?

Congratulations to the Blue Devils, who are in the thick of the Region 15 playoff hunt. If they hold serve, GAHS will be headed to the postseason.

yes i understand, like i said ,nothing against you,its just nice to hear something about someone who has a big impact on the game other than the backfield.austin smith is a sophmore starting varsity, top tackler in his first ever varsity game against athens, top tackler against chillicothe and top tackler in the wellston game.the kid is talented,#72 check him out.

Wellston has a nice team and I expect them to get better. I think they should have passed a little more. There qb was a good scrambler and had a nice arm, they also seemed to have a couple of good receivers. Good luck the rest of the season.

I watched the game from one of the party porches at the north end of Memorial and got a great view of the line play. Blue Devils' O-line was pretty solid. That group has steadily improved over the course of the season.

I guess someone hasn't been here long enough to know that I have given credit to the O an D line for the last few years. I have also blasted them for poor play.

I also know the game is won or lost at the point of attack.

Friday we won at the point of attack, therefore we won the game. Great Job Line on both sides of the ball. You as a GROUP got the job done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :122245 :122245 :122245 :122245 :122245

Next friday, we'll need an even better effort from everyone on the line!!!!!!

Practice hard BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My hat goes off to the QB from Wellston(sorry I don't know his name). We had no answer for you when you ran the ball or moved out of the pocket.

#44 for Wellston(sorry again for having no name). Man,your quick getting off the ball an into the line

I think he's referring to the number of XPs in relation to the 42 points scored. Corey went 6-for-6, not 7-for-7.
